How it works - dress collection and drop off

At a glance: 

  • Pick-up: 2 days before event, between 8:30am-7:30pm. Collection email will be sent in the evening 3 days before your event. Use the link to book a time.
  • Drop-off: within 2 days of the event, must be by 7pm on the second day.

Pick-ups:

When will you contact me?

  • You will receive a reminder email in the evening 10 days before your event, which also contains some frequently asked questions. You will then receive another email in the evening 3 days prior to your event with a link to select a pick up time.
  • If you haven't seen an email from us, please check your original confirmation email for the email address provided. Please check your junk/spam folder, and check with your daughter/mum before contacting us. All of our emails are automated, so these will be sent to the email address you provided at your booking. 
When can I collect the dress?
  • Pickups are available in the 2 days leading up to your event from 8:30am-7:30pm. Your dress (and any accessories) will be packaged up and waiting for you in the ‘drop box’ outside the studio at your selected time. To avoid creasing, please hang the dress up when you pick it up. 
Can I have the collection link earlier?
  • All the link does is advise us what time you’ll be coming by. Pickups are available between 8:30am-7:30pm for the 2 days leading up to your event. Please make your plans for the pickup based on your commitments, and just select the best time for you once the link arrives. The collection link will be sent to you in the evening 3 days before your event. 

Can I pick up a dress for multiple people at the same time?
  • Yes, please let us know, and also write ALL customer names in the "dress name" field at the collection link.
Can I pick up my dress early?
  • We cannot typically accommodate this as our dresses are often rented out on back to back weekends, and we need time to get the dresses cleaned and ready for the next client.
Drop-offs:
When do I drop the dress back?
  • The dress and any accessories are due back within 2 days of the event, and must be back by 7pm on the second day. Simply place the items in the provided bag and back into the dropbox, no need to notify us. Just a reminder that we take care of all the washing. Failure to return the items within this timeframe will result in late fees.
Can I return my dress late?
  • We cannot typically accommodate this as our dresses are often rented out on back to back weekends, and we need time to get the dresses cleaned and ready for the next client.
